Theme: Don’t Rush

Focus: Scripture, stillness, and spiritual depth
Thriving is not produced by speed but by remaining rooted in God.

DAY 13 – STRENGTH THROUGH DEPENDENCE 3-2-26

Scripture: 2 Corinthians 12:9

Reflection:
God’s strength is made perfect in weakness. Fasting and prayer reveal our limitations so we can experience God’s sufficiency. Dependence is not defeat—it is wisdom.

Where do I need to stop relying on myself and trust God more?

Application:
Ask God for help before taking action in a difficult situation today.

DAY 14 – FILLED BY GOD 3-3-26

Scripture: Psalm 107:9

Reflection:
God satisfies the longing soul. When we empty ourselves of distractions, God fills us with His goodness. True fulfillment is found in Him alone.

What has God been filling me with this week?

Application:
End the week by thanking God for what He revealed during your fast.

DAY 15 – PLANTED BY GOD

Scripture: Psalm 1:1–3

Reflection:
The psalmist describes a person who thrives because they are planted, not drifting. Roots grow in hidden places, but they determine visible fruit. A rooted life draws nourishment consistently from God’s Word.

What am I rooted in—God’s Word or the world’s noise?

Application:
Commit to reading God’s Word at the same time each day this week.

DAY 16 – ABIDE IN ME

Scripture: John 15:4–5

Reflection:
Jesus makes it clear that fruitfulness flows from connection. We cannot produce spiritual life apart from Him. Thriving begins with abiding, not striving.

Am I trying to produce fruit without remaining connected to Christ?

Application:
Pause periodically today to reconnect with Christ through prayer.

DAY 17 – STILLNESS BUILDS STRENGTH

Scripture: Psalm 46:10

Reflection:
Stillness allows us to recognize God’s presence and authority. In a hurried world, quiet time is an act of trust. God speaks clearly when we slow down.

What keeps me from being still before God?

Application:
Spend five minutes today in silence before God.

DAY 18 – LISTENING HEARTS

Scripture: Luke 10:38–42

Reflection:
Martha was busy serving, but Mary chose presence. Activity without attentiveness leads to spiritual exhaustion. Thriving requires choosing what is most important.

Am I distracted by good things at the expense of better things?

Application:
Set aside one task today to prioritize time with God.
