These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Ebenezer Assembly of Christ (“Ebenezer,” “EAC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to individuals who have provided appropriate consent to receive SMS communications from the church.
Types of Messages
Depending on the communications for which you have provided consent, messages from Ebenezer Assembly of Christ may include church announcements, worship service information, ministry activities, event information and reminders, guest or member follow-up, volunteer or participation information, and other church-related communications.
Consent
SMS consent is voluntary.
Providing a telephone number to Ebenezer Assembly of Christ does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive SMS communications.
Where SMS consent is requested through a form, consent must be affirmatively provided through the SMS consent option presented on that form.

You may opt out of applicable SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a text message from Ebenezer Assembly of Christ.
After your opt-out request is processed, you will no longer receive automated SMS communications covered by that consent unless you subsequently provide valid consent again.

SMS delivery is subject to your wireless carrier's network availability and other factors outside the control of Ebenezer Assembly of Christ. We cannot guarantee that every text message will be delivered.

Changes to These Terms
Ebenezer Assembly of Christ may update these SMS Terms & Conditions when its communications services, technology, practices, or applicable requirements change.
