Ebenezer Assembly of Christ (“Ebenezer,” “EAC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, maintain, and protect information provided through MyEACFamily.com, EAC forms and registrations, church communications, and other interactions with Ebenezer Assembly of Christ.
Information We May Collect
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, including your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, household or family information, ministry interests, event registrations, volunteer responses, prayer or contact requests, communication preferences, and other information you choose to provide.
We may also maintain information necessary for church administration, membership, ministry participation, guest follow-up, pastoral care, events, volunteer activities, and other legitimate church operations.
How We Use Information
Information may be used to:
• communicate with members, guests, participants, and others who have requested or authorized communication;
• provide information about church services, ministries, events, activities, and opportunities;

Providing information for one church purpose does not automatically authorize its use for every other purpose.
SMS and Mobile Communications
Providing a telephone number to Ebenezer Assembly of Christ does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive SMS/text communications.
Where SMS consent is required, we will request affirmative consent before using a mobile number for communications covered by that consent.
When you provide SMS consent, we may maintain evidence of that consent, including your mobile number, the date and time consent was provided, the source or form through which consent was obtained, the type of communications authorized, and the version of the consent language presented at the time.

Mobile information and SMS consent information may be provided to telecommunications, hosting, database, communications, and other service providers only as necessary for those providers to perform services on behalf of Ebenezer Assembly of Christ.
Ministry and Event Participation
Participating in a church service, ministry, event, volunteer opportunity, sign-up sheet, program, or other church activity does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive unrelated SMS communications.
Where appropriate, communications directly related to an activity may be governed by the information and consent presented when an individual registers or participates.
Email Communications
If you provide an email address or otherwise authorize email communications, we may use email to provide church-related information consistent with the purpose for which the information was provided and your applicable communication preferences.
Where an unsubscribe mechanism is provided, you may use it to discontinue applicable email communications.

Ebenezer Assembly of Christ may use trusted service providers to operate its website, databases, email systems, telecommunications services, forms, hosting, and other technology systems.
These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to Ebenezer Assembly of Christ. Use of service providers does not authorize those providers to use EAC mobile information or SMS consent information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Access to church records is limited according to appropriate responsibilities and authorization. Ministry leadership or participation does not automatically provide access to all church records or communication lists.
Information Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information maintained through our systems.
No internet, telecommunications, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Information
Church ministries may involve children and youth. Information concerning minors should be provided by, or with the authorization of, a parent, legal guardian, or other person authorized to provide such information when required.
We do not knowingly use a child's mobile information to enroll the child in general SMS communications without appropriate authorization.
Your Choices
You may contact Ebenezer Assembly of Christ regarding your communication preferences or to request that information you previously provided be corrected where appropriate.
SMS recipients may reply STOP to discontinue applicable text communications.
