Peace

Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them.  Psalm 119:165 (KJV)

To cultivate an enduring devotion to not just peace, but as is indicated in the passage of scripture of Psalm 119:165, one can clearly see that there is a more than ordinary and more superior peace that is stated as “Great Peace.” This “calm, restful and totally reliable” (Strong’s) peace is resident in our personal relationship with God and working diligently for our good and spiritual growth if we follow and obey God’s word and permit our love and commitment to maintain our connection to a deeper and closer walk with the Lord and his Word.  The strength of this “Great Peace” is magnified in us by the indwelling Holy Ghost and will empower us not to transgress or  offend or be displeasing before the Lord, and can only  lead and motivate the continually renewed inward man (2 Co 4:16) to higher heights and deeper depths in the Peace of God.
